Breaking the Bias at Gryd

This week at Gryd, we celebrate #InternationalWomensDay along with many other companies online 📲.

It’s an easy day to talk about. An easy opportunity to announce that we care 📣.

But at the end of the day, what’s talk without action? Here’s what we’re doing at Gryd to ‘celebrate’ this day.

🙅🏽‍♀️ Pinpoint opportunities for improvement
🙅🏾‍♀️ Implement actionable plans to trailblaze past #gendergaps and stereotypes
🙅🏿‍♀️ Proactively create new ways to mentor the rise of the next generation of female leaders (after all, the #futureisfemale⚡️)
