GWL has faced challenges with public leasing and recognized that they required assistance in maximizing leasing efficiency. Consistent with the challenges faced by companies within the real estate industry, GWL also faced difficulties with marketing and showcasing their properties in light of COVID-19. They required a two-fold strategy that would aim to maximize operational efficiency and convert their traditional strategies towards an online environment.
Solution – Amenity Tours and Suite Floor Plans
As a main priority, Gryd created a clear strategic architecture for GWL which streamlined the leasing process by identifying pre-qualified leads prior to in-person site visits. To differentiate each building from nearby competitors, a significant portion of the media aimed to highlight the spectacular amenity amenity spaces. Through the use of advanced 3D media technology, each property including its suites and amenity spaces were scanned to replicate a comprehensive in-person experience, complete with 3D tours, 3D virtual staging and production of 3D floor plans.
