Case Study: ASH Management

Challenge

ASH Management provides real estate expertise and property management services to third party investors, purchasers, mortgage lenders and tenants across North America. ASH came to Gryd for assistance with merging their well known hands-on approach with Gryd’s digital solutions. Although ASH had successfully integrated Gryd’s 3D virtual tours and videography amongst a wide range of commercial and residential properties, they required a new marketing solution for vacant spaces that faced difficulties on the market. Vacant, unstaged floors lacked visual appeal and failed to attract tenants.

Solution

By leveraging virtual staging technology, Gryd implemented a multi-step solution that created a new way for prospective tenants to envision themselves in the space. Based on the type of ambiance ASH aimed to create, Gryd scanned and virtually furnished the space. Each aspect was customized – from interior design style and furniture placement to office equipment and artwork. By taking advantage of the extended capabilities of 3D technology, Gryd redesigned the property’s interior in a hassle-free, efficient and cost-effective way.

Results

Virtual staging tangibly improved the marketability of the vacant space. The staged property captured the attention of ASH’s target audience, young Winnipeg-based start-ups. The space was customized to cater to the needs and wants of their ideal tenant, featuring a modern, open-concept design with collaborative workstations, communal eating areas and private meeting spaces.
